Sometimes services may not meet your expectations and you may be unhappy with the treatment or service you have received from the NHS. You are entitled to raise a concern, comment or make a complaint, have it considered and receive a response from the responsible body concerned. Equally, you may have had a positive experience and wish to share this.

Our Practice Manager, Mrs Jennifer Elliott , welcomes all feedback about our service. We are constantly striving to improve and take the quality of service provision to our patients very seriously.

eConsult is a secure online tool for registered patients to contact the surgery and submit a medical or administrative request online during Practice Opening hours. the Practice is open from 8:00am until 6:30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Our team will review every request and make sure it is passed to the most relevant health care professional.
